We've got a lot of skills coming up in the next few weeks. One is using apostrophes to make possessives.
Here's a game for two players or small groups. They read the sentence, decide how to spell the possessive, and cover up a heart if they are correct.
First player to cover all of their card wins the game.
Click on the pic above to get the game.
I'd love a comment to see if your kids liked the game. I haven't made one like this before. If you need more possessive noun activities, visit my Teachers Notebook Shop for more.
Just click {HERE}.
If you haven't entered the FABULOUS giveaway of a tablet at Teachers Notebook, go now! Wouldn't you like a brand new tablet?
I don't know if I am doing something wrong, but when I click on the link, I get a blank page on google.
ReplyDeleteNever mind...I got it to work.
ReplyDeleteThank you! Possessive nouns are always tough for my kids. I hope your TN store goes successfully! :)
