Ready to Regroup - 2 for 1 Freebie!

This time last year I was right at one hundred followers and I thought that was quite an accomplishment. Tonight, I'm looking at 985 followers. Plenty of Practice - Freebie

Have you used place value disks as a manipulative for building place value? My kids love them as a change from the place value blocks we frequently use.

Building Regrouping - Freebie

I plan on spending every spare Math minute practicing adding and subtracting with regrouping from now until Christmas! I've got lots of Math station activities ready to go to pull out whenever my kids have a spare moment. (Not that that seems to happen much with our implementation of Common Core!)

In this station, students match up the subtracting problems with the correct model that shows the answer.
