Adjectives and Adverbs -- Freebie

Use this activity in small groups or with partners to classify words as adjectives or adverbs. Once they have separated the two, ask students to work together to improve the basic sentence "The girl ran" by adding adjectives and adverbs.

    Hi Mary! I'm your V-day exchange partner. I thought I'd stop over and start following your! :) Cute blog! I love children's books too and finding ways to use them in the curriculum is always fun! I noticed you teach in TN. I'm excited to talk with you as due to budget cuts, I may not have a job next year, so I'm starting to look around. I would love to move to KY or maybe TN s(I'm currently in a suburb of cleveland, OH)since I love the country and rural towns. What is your town like? Can't wait to shop for you! :)
