One More Even and Odd Activity - Freebie

This is the last even odd activity I'll be posting for awhile. Hopefully, all this practice will make my kiddos experts at determining if a number is even or odd!

Provide markers or counters for students to build numbers. After determining if the number is even or odd, they will write an addition number expression to represent their model.

Just click on the pic above to download the activity.

Please leave me a comment and let me know what activities you have done with your kiddos to help them distinguish between even and odd numbers.

Don't forget to join my Reading Roundup Linky Party and share one professional book you want to read, one book you want to read strictly for pleasure, and one you want to use to teach a skill in your classroom. Remember, these are books you have not read yet, but are next on your To Read List. Go {HERE} to join in the fun!

  3. Thank you for sharing this. We are not working on even/odd yet so I will file it away for later. I found your blob through Donna Boucher and am now an email follower. :) Liz in snowy South Dakota

  4. Thank you for your generosity. I can do this with my homeschooler.
