Sharks! -- Freebie

My kids are fascinated with sharks. I'm using that interest as the basis for some extra practice using informational details. These activities are correlated to the Common Core Standards for second grade and use the National Geographic Kids book, Sharks!

  1. Great resource! My kiddos are totally into sharks too. We were just discussing them last week, right before several students head off to Florida for spring break. They were worried about going into the water, haha. ;)

  3. Thanks for posting! I agree...the kids are crazy over sharks and even nonfiction ones I can get, I pick up! (In fact, I have several duplicates).
